Each session is a soothing immersion in sound—featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, and soft vocal tones—skillfully guided by Monica, a Certified Usui Reiki Master and trauma-informed facilitator.
Through intentional sound and subtle Reiki energy, you’ll be supported in:

Every experience includes gentle breathwork and intention setting, all held within a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.

Duration: Custom — typically 60–90 minutes (inquire for pricing)

Hi — I’m Monica, a Certified Holistic Complementary Therapist, sound healer, mama, and someone who deeply understands what it means to feel unseen. After navigating childhood trauma, a PTSD diagnosis, surviving an abusive marriage, and discovering my own neurodivergence, I created Restorative Healing Haven as a heart-led sanctuary. My mission: to help you reconnect with yourself and your sense of ease — gently and authentically.
