We understand that life happens! Payment for your session is due when your booking is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll happily find a new time that works for you. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Ashley Battell is a Licensed Massage Therapist, registered yoga and barre instructor, certified Thai massage practitioner, and holistic health professional with training in clinical nutrition and herbalism. Her approach weaves together movement, mindfulness, and bodywork to support each person’s unique path toward balance and well-being.Ashley believes that healing starts with connection—to your body, your breath, and yourself. In her private yoga and fitness sessions, she creates a calm, supportive space where you can release tension, build strength and stability, and explore practices that nurture both body and mind. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether that means mobility and strength work, restorative breathwork and meditation, or even a touch of yogic philosophy to deepen your understanding. For those who wish, Ashley also offers gentle, hands-on assists to help you safely deepen your postures and enhance relaxation.
Since beginning her holistic journey in 2017, Ashley has continued to expand her knowledge and integrate a variety of healing modalities into her work. Her background allows her to intuitively combine elements of yoga, Pilates, massage, and mindfulness to help clients feel more at ease and empowered in their bodies.
When she’s not working with clients, Ashley enjoys live music, dancing, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, stepson, two dogs, and two cats. With a free-spirited, “hippie heart,” she’s currently building a small homestead—dreaming of days surrounded by nature and farm animals.

Jessica began her yoga journey in 1999 as a way to find relief from her own scoliosis diagnosis and quickly discovered the profound healing potential of yoga. Deeply passionate about helping others on their path to wellness, she began teaching in 2009 and has been guiding students full-time since 2014. Jessica is an Advanced Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT 500) trained in both Classical Yoga and Kundalini, and she has served as head assistant in multiple 200- and 500-hour teacher trainings with Sangha Yoga Institute and Raviana Yoga, mentoring teachers and deepening her understanding of therapeutic movement.In her private sessions, Jessica offers a compassionate and highly personalized approach, drawing from her extensive experience to design sequences that address each student’s unique structural and energetic needs. She specializes in supporting students with scoliosis, back pain, arthritis, and other physical conditions, helping them discover ways to stabilize, lengthen, strengthen, and realign their bodies.
Jessica’s teaching integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and fascia release techniques to promote balance, reduce discomfort, and build body awareness. Her intention is to help students feel empowered and at ease in their own bodies—one mindful breath and movement at a time.

Private Yoga & Meditation Sessions
Erin is a certified yoga instructor whose teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga offers powerful access to unity, healing, and self-discovery. Since completing her teacher training through Western Yoga College in 2014, she has guided students in both group and private sessions, blending breath, movement, and mindfulness to support each person’s unique journey toward balance and well-being.Erin’s sessions are tailored to individual needs, offering practices that enhance self-awareness, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate inner calm. She is trained and experienced in adaptive yoga, aerial, trauma-informed movement, conscious breathwork, yin, kundalini, restorative, paddle board yoga, seated and moving meditations, and mindful movement practices. As a Certified Integrated Somatic Practitioner, Erin also incorporates somatic techniques to support emotional regulation, release tension, and deepen embodiment. When appropriate, she offers gentle hands-on assists to help students safely explore alignment and connection.
Erin brings warmth, playfulness, and a sense of reverence to her teaching, creating a welcoming space for students to show up as they are. Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with community, and exploring ways to expand awareness and presence through movement and mindful living.

Kaitlyn Johns is a dedicated yoga teacher whose mission is to create a space where every student can discover inner peace, build strength, and reconnect with their bodies. Her personal journey with yoga inspired her to bring this sense of balance and mindfulness to each encounter—whether in group classes or private, individualized sessions.Kaitlyn completed her 200-hour yoga training in Goa, India, and has continued her studies in Ayurvedic techniques, holistic approaches to physical and mental health, and yoga therapy. Her private sessions focus on helping students rejuvenate their body and mind through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. She emphasizes stability, grounding, and ease of breath, guiding students to carry these practices off the mat and into their daily lives.
Blending her knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Iyengar yoga, Kaitlyn designs sessions that are both calming and challenging—slowing the breath and movement while building strength and resilience. Her approach leaves students feeling revitalized, balanced, and more connected to themselves.
