Partner Massage Workshop

Grab your significant other, partner or friend and join us for a fun 90 minute massage workshop! 1 ticket($55) is for 2 people to attend.
This shared adventure holds the power to enhance not only your well-being but also the strength of your relationship. In this group class you will learn seated in chairs as well as on the floor, practicing giving and receiving massage techniques and communicating along the way.
Together, you will learn traditional massage techniques seated in a chair for hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage along with stress reducing acupressure locations. Then we will move to the mat to learn some thai assisted stretches.
This workshop will be led by Ashley Battell, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Thai Massage Practitioner and holistic health professional.
We will close out the workshop with a guided meditation led by Mary.
Includes a take home jar of massage lotion and a beverage.
Wear comfortable clothing, tank top recommended, and pants that stretch and are easy to move in. Option to bring a pillow for extra comfort.
No experience needed. Chairs, mats and props are provided by the studio

Breathe deeply and flow freely in the heart of nature during our special outdoor yoga session set between vibrant rows of blooming dahlias—at their peak this time of year. Surrounded by a sea of color and fresh country air, this all-levels yoga class offers a truly immersive and grounding experience at Green Willow Gardens Flower Farm in Lawrence.
After yoga you'll walk through the flower field and cut flowers and foliages to create your own arrangement. The field will be blooming with dahlias, zinnias, cosmos and more! Take your time to enjoy the blooms, blue skies and fresh air!
*Please bring your own mat for this event, extra mats will not be available. Option to bring a blanket and water bottle as well. Dress for the weather.
Rain date will be Sept 9th if needed.
There is no bathroom available at the flower field.
